Modernism was an artistic movement of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries that took place in many parts of Europe. In each country it receives a different name: Art Nouveau, Floreale, Modern art, Liberty, Jugendstil… In Catalonia it is known as Modernism.<\/p>\n

Not all Modernism is Gaud\u00ed. There are great local architects who worked at the same time and left us true architectural gems in the city.<\/p>\n
