The Salvador Dalí Museum is located in Figueres, his hometown. He created it himself and designed it for us to meet his surrealism world. Our tour takes us to this Empordà town and on the way we can see some of the landscapes that Dalí used to paint in his paintings.
We will visit the museum and we will discover a lot about the artist’s personality. After a little free time to admire the exterior of this incredible building we will move to Girona.
Girona is an old medieval city on the side of the Onyar river with an interesting Jewish quarter. We will walk through its narrow streets and cross some of its bridges to photograph its hanging houses on the river.
NOTE: There are two other Salvador Dalí museums in the Girona region.
The Portlligat house where he lived with Gala and the Castle of Púbol that Dalí himself gave his wife. If you want to visit them we can design a tailored DALÍ Tour for you.
