INFO & CONDITIONS
Our prices include the services of a licensed guide by the Generalitat de Catalunya in the requested language, the organization of the tours, the necessary management to carry them out, and the guidance and assistance you may need during the tour. The price includes the VAT as established by Spanish legislation, that in our activity is 21%. If the chosen tour includes tickets to monuments, we will detail it in the budget.
Our prices do not include transportation or meals. If transport is necessary for the development of the tour, you can hire it on your own or we can put you in contact with transport companies that adapt to your needs.
To book a tour with us, fill in the contact form with as much information as possible about your interests and we will send you a budget. Once accepted by your part, we will need 20% of the amount of our services plus the total amount of the tickets to the monuments that are included in the chosen tour.
This 20% will not be refundable in case of cancellation. The rest of the price must be paid maximum of 10 days before starting the tour. If you prefer to make the total payment of the reservation amount when confirming it, remember that 20% will not be refundable in case of cancellation. The payment will be made by PayPal.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
- Cancellations will be notified by email to the mail of Barcelona Moments and will be confirmed by mail as well. Cancellations by phone or whatsApp will not be accepted.
- If the tour is canceled with more than 10 days before the tour starts , the 20% paid to guarantee the booking will be considered a cancellation expense and will not be refund.
- If the tour is canceled between 10 and 5 days before the tour starts, we will refund the amount paid except 30% of our services, which will be considered a cancellation expense.
- If the tour is canceled between 5 days and 48 hours before the tour starts, we will refund the amount paid except for 50% of our services, which will be considered cancellation expense.
- If the tour is canceled in the last 48 hours before starting the tour or the client does not show up, no amount will be refund.
- The prepaid Tickets to guarantee the monuments reservations will not be refund in any case.
- Weather conditions: Tours are carried rain or shine. Bad weather is not a valid reason to cancel a tour.
- SPECIAL CASES: Major force cancellations such as flight delays, cancelled flights, problems with cruise ship stopovers, will be discussed by the parties to reach an agreement.
- If a member of your party decides to cancel but the rest wants to do the tour , we will not refund the proportional part of the person because our rates are per visit, not per person.
- Refunds will be made by PayPal if you have paid in this way and the customer will be responsible for the costs / reimbursement commissions.
- We recommend that you consider purchasing travel / trip cancellation insurance.
