About This Project

This is a visit to learn about the history of Barcelona since its foundation more than 2000 years ago. It is a historical tour but at the same time it allows us to have a pleasant walk through the narrow alleys of the old quarter, with its beautiful squares and listen to some of its legends. We will get to know in depth the Gothic Quarter where the Plaza San Jaime is located, with the town hall and the Palace of the Generalitat. We will show you the Plaza del Rey , one of the oldest in Barcelona, ​​the Plaza de Sant Felip Neri and the Plaza del Pi . Along the way we will meet some of the old palaces that are still preserved, remains of the Roman wall and visit the interior of the Cathedral of Santa Eulalia and the Holy Cross founded in the XIII century.

 

DURATION: 3 hours.

MEETING POINT: Plaza Catalunya (in front of the HardRock Café). If you like we can pick you up at your hotel.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED: Licensed guide in the chosen language, established route and tickets to the Cathedral of Sta. Eulalia. On Sundays and on some. religious holidays you cannot visit its interior.

 

WHAT DOES NOT INCLUDE: Any other entrance fee, transportation.
